Thanks for coming to the site! I'm Rick Ortiz (The RO of ROCommunication), a service-oriented web-designer with a background and degree in writing. After graduating with a degree in English composition I taught English overseas and here in the U.S. Later, I managed a non-profit organization and print publication promoting and marketing our downtown community.
My way of dealing with unresponsive web-designers was to learn the craft of web-design. Thus began a new passion that allows me to keep learning and growing as the technology of creating online presences evolves daily!
My recent projects have included running the online presence for the largest divorce law firm in the world, and working as a web consultant for a $21B midwestern energy provider.
My niche is providing fresh design and great customer service that will allow you to be as involved or uninvolved with how your website reflects your growing business as you want to be - all the while knowing that your site will provide the information, services, and changes that your customers and the market demand.
Because most of my clients choose to retain my services to some extent as their "go-to" web guy, and because I do most if not all work "in-house," I am able to keep prices well below industry standard.
